I recently had the pleasure of using Rent-A-Toilet for an outdoor event in Fresno, CA, and I must say, their service was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I contacted them, their team demonstrated professionalism and a deep commitment to customer satisfaction. The booking process was straightforward and hassle-free. Their representative took the time to understand my needs and provided valuable advice on the number and type of porta-potties suitable for my event size. They offered a variety of options, ensuring that we had the perfect fit for our specific requirements. The delivery was prompt, with the units arriving exactly as scheduled. I was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness and quality of the porta-potties. They were well-maintained, fully stocked with necessary supplies, and devoid of any unpleasant odors, a common concern with portable toilets. Throughout the event, Rent-A-Toilet's units were comfortable, hygienic, and well-received by all attendees. The fact that they cater specifically to the Fresno area was evident in their understanding of the locale and logistical needs. Finally, the pickup process was equally efficient. The team arrived on time and handled everything seamlessly, respecting the event space and leaving no trace behind.

Rent a toilet was referred to me and I couldn’t be happier with their customer service. I had a few questions before signing the contract and Felix was super awesome in getting back to me with a quick reply. He was able to clarify all my questions and was super polite. Can’t wait to have their service for my wedding this May!
